• Force Majeure: BPW Services is not responsible for any delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

• Termination by BPW: BPW Services reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms or any applicable laws.
